🔍 What will you be doing?

• Demonstrate how Critical Risk Management (CRM) and our other safety solutions address real-world operational challenges.
• Bring practical field experience into customer conversations, product demonstrations, and sales engagements.
• Engage with prospective customers and industry partners, both virtually and on-site in Italy and internationally.
• Understand customer safety challenges, gather feedback, and share valuable insights with our sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Stay informed about industry practices, regulations, and developments in serious injury and fatality prevention.
• Support sales initiatives and contribute to customer engagement, revenue growth, and long-term product adoption.
• Travel internationally when required to support customer and business needs.

🎯 What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on safety experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for preventing workplace fatalities.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in operational safety or risk management within construction, electricity utilities, infrastructure, or another high-risk industry.
• Experience working with contractors and subcontractors in operational environments.
• A strong understanding of safety management systems, critical risk controls, and serious injury and fatality prevention.
• Practical field experience and the ability to explain complex safety concepts in clear, relatable language that resonates with frontline workers and senior leaders alike.
• Confidence in delivering presentations, facilitating discussions, and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• An interest in technology and digital safety solutions. Experience with SaaS, EHS, or risk management platforms is an advantage, but not essential.
• A commercially aware mindset and the ability to connect customer needs with practical solutions.
• Fluency in both Brazilian and English, written and spoken.
• Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety, Risk Management, or a related discipline—or equivalent industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
