Income Development Manager

CNAN is seeking an Income Development Manager to help sales teams, agents, and dealership partners strengthen their finance and insurance (F&I) capabilities and improve dealership performance. If you bring hands-on dealership experience and a talent for turning knowledge into practical, engaging training, this role offers the opportunity to make an impact across our distribution network. Reporting to the Vice President, National Distribution, you’ll deliver and reinforce training that supports product sales, consistent execution, and compliance.

We’re especially interested in candidates based in Texas, Kansas, or Tennessee.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver practical F&I income development training through in-person, virtual, and web-based sessions, including train-the-trainer workshops.
• Help develop and deliver ACE training, reinforcing consistent use of training programs, processes, and materials.
• Support sales team members and agents in dealership assessment and training activities that strengthen F&I performance and grow sales of CNAN products.
• Train sales teams on effective income development techniques and help translate learning into dealership practices.
• Measure and report on customer-facing training activities, using ongoing analysis to evaluate effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure training aligns with relevant regulations, industry standards, and CNAN’s compliance expectations.
• Represent CNAN at industry functions, in person or through other channels.
  

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of F&I sales experience in auto dealerships.
• At least three years of experience in progressive sales training positions within the vehicle service contract industry.
• At least two years of platform sales training experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&I principles, dealership operations, and relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training, along with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• The ability to plan one to two years ahead, manage multiple priorities, and resolve problems at both strategic and operational levels.
• Experience developing and deploying sales and service systems, a strong customer focus, and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
