About the Position

Holafly is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and commercially-driven Inbound Partner Manager to join our fast-growing Travel Partnerships team.

Fully embedded within the Travel Partnerships unit, this role serves as the central hub for all incoming travel partnership inquiries globally, as well as the dedicated support lead and account manager for our active long-tail partner portfolio. Beyond acting as the initial point of contact for new inbound requests, you will own the ongoing relationship, provide hands-on daily support, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smaller partner accounts are fully assisted and guided.

This role combines continuous partner support with hands-on operational execution. You will be responsible for the essential manual processes required for every new and existing partner account—including setup, generating custom tracking links, issuing discount codes, troubleshooting technical issues via Jira, and resolving day-to-day inquiries. By delivering reliable support and maintaining steady communication, you will keep our small travel partners active, engaged, and supported as they grow.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead & Request Management: Act as the first point of contact for all inbound partnership inquiries (via web forms, landing pages, and email), screening, triaging, and routing opportunities based on potential value.

  • Long-Tail Portfolio Management: Nurture and retain a large portfolio of Long-tail travel partners (~500+ accounts), acting as their main contact for operational questions, support, and engagement.

  • Manual Support & Process Execution: Drive manual support workflows required to activate partners (e.g., custom tracking link generation, promo codes, billing support, and platform troubleshooting).

  • Partner Activation & Engagement: Proactively monitor portfolio activity to reactivate dormant inbound accounts and encourage early-stage partners to launch their first campaigns.

  • Portfolio Optimization & Growth: Identify high-performing inbound partners with potential for scale and upsell them or transition them to key account managers.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Log, track, and escalate technical or operational partner issues via Jira, collaborating with Tech, Product, and Customer Support.

  • Funnel & CRM Hygiene: Keep HubSpot updated with clear data, status tracking, and automated touchpoints to streamline the inbound partner journey.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Inbound Sales, Account Management, Partner Support, Customer Success, or Partnerships Operations in digital environments.

  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory, both written and spoken).

  • Proven experience managing high-volume portfolios (Long-Tail accounts) or handling high-volume inbound inquiries/tickets.

  • Commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to quickly qualify inbound leads, spot growth opportunities, and drive partner reactivation.

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage daily manual support requests without losing track of priorities.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for lead triage, pipeline hygiene, and account tracking.

  • Familiarity with operational and ticketing tools (Jira preferred) to log, escalate, and resolve partner issues cross-functionally.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for fast, clear, and professional partner interactions.

  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach to troubleshooting setup, tracking, and operational blockers.
