POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate HRIS Analyst specializes in Workday ERP and iCIMS ATS and plays a key role in supporting enterprise system operations and troubleshooting business processes. This role will assist business users with inquiries, perform system testing, document solutions, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance system functionality.

Job Highlights

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation)

 

· Provides first-level support for Workday ERP and iCIMS users, assisting with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.

· Collaborates with business users to gather and document functional requirements for system enhancements and updates.

· Performs system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system changes and enhancements.

· Assists in the development of end-user training materials, guides, and documentation to improve user adoption and efficiency.

· Supports iCIMS and Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, finance, and time tracking, ensuring system accuracy and reliability.

· Monitors and responds to support tickets using internal tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

· Works closely with IT and business teams to ensure system integrations function correctly and data flows seamlessly.

· Participates in system upgrades, patch testing, and regression testing to maintain system integrity.

· Assists in data analysis and reporting within HR systems to support business decisions and compliance needs.

· Stays up to date on system best practices, new features, and updates to optimize system functionality.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSAs):

 

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 1-3 years of experience in IT support, ERP administration, HR, HRIS, finance support, or a related field.

· Exposure to Workday ERP and iCIMS or other enterprise systems is preferred but not required.

· Experience with ticketing systems and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

· Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday and iCIMS, or a strong willingness to learn.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and identify root causes.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

· High attention to detail with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting tools.

· Basic knowledge of business processes in HR, finance, or payroll is a plus.

· Team-oriented with a customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
