  • Coordinate the transition to ongoing agency and HR support, confirming remaining actions and points of contact.
  • Support the Senior HR Specialist in implementing consistent onboarding practices while tailoring support to individual needs.
  • Gather new-hire and stakeholder feedback, identify recurring friction points, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Maintain accurate, easy-to-use onboarding guides, templates, and checklists in partnership with content and process owners.
  • Compile basic program measures, including readiness, milestone completion, unresolved issues, and new-hire feedback.

About Patriot Growth Insurance Services

At Patriot, we build our teams around a simple idea: people do their best work when they feel supported as whole people, not just managed as employees. We're invested in your growth, not just your output, and we back that up with a competitive salary and a comprehensive health and welfare program that extends to your family and domestic partners too, because who you're building a life with matters to us as much as the work you do.
