We are looking for a Human Resources & Operations Coordinator to support our team with daily HR, recruitment, and operational activities.

Although the position is based in Ecuador, this is a regional role supporting our operations across the United States and Latin America.You will work closely with our regional teams and interact regularly with colleagues across the Americas.
For this reason, professional
proficiency in English is mandatory. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating, participating in meetings and handling information in English on a daily basis.
Your Role
Primary Responsibilities:Human Resources Support- Keep employee records updated in our HR system and properly organized, both digital and physical.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of employment contracts, terminations, HR letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
- Assist with payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, commissions, absences, vacation requests, and other employee updates.
- Support the coordination of vacation requests, leaves, permissions, and internal HR processes.
- Coordinate occupational health and safety activities, medical exams, training sessions, and related documentation.
- Support employee relations processes with confidentiality and professionalism.
Recruitment and Selection- Publish job openings on different platforms.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match the requirements.
- Contact candidates and coordinate interviews (after the first filter and screening call).
- Conduct initial phone interviews in English and Spanish.
- Follow up on technical tests, assessments, references, and background checks when required.
- Keep candidate files, job descriptions, and recruitment documentation organized and up to date.
- Support the preparation of candidate summaries and hiring documentation.
Onboarding and Offboarding- Coordinate new hire documentation, equipment delivery, access requests, and onboarding checklists.
- Support new employees during their first days and follow up during the probation period.
- Maintain onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Help coordinate the return of equipment, access changes, and required documentation when an employee leaves the company.
Administrative and Operational Support- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and regional teams.
- Help prepare reports, follow up on pending items, and keep internal information updated.
- Support meeting coordination, reminders, documentation, and follow-up of action items.
- Assist with office administration and internal process tracking.

Your Profile
Required Qualifications- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruitment, and administrative support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and follow up until things are completed.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and people in different countries.
- High level of confidentiality, responsibility, and discretion.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently while keeping clear communication with the team.
Nice to Have- Familiarity with IT, software, consulting, or technology companies.
- Experience using CRM systems, HR platforms, shared document repositories.
- Experience supporting payroll inputs, administrative reporting.
