We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR Service Center with essential administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of HR area who’s ready to make a meaningful impact.

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll work closely with HR management to support the organization as the primary point of contact for our employees and managers. You'll handle multiple areas of HR, such as benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding. What You'll Do

• Triages and provides high touch customer service support to our employees/managers, responding to inquiries and requests sent to the HR Service Center
• Works closely with other HR colleagues such as Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to research and solve issues
• Responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company’s HR policies/programs, to effectively answer related questions
• Responsible for onboarding of new hires/rehired employees, internal transfers, and other hiring processes
• Maintain system related data, providing support throughout the hiring process, and maintaining employee files

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Prior experience working in a corporate business environment in HR (preferably service center)
• Good command of English skills in a professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape
• Excellent communication skills

The salary for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of HR Coordinator is $49,999. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
