Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare staffing data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare workforce data
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand data needs
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support client reporting requirements with accurate and timely data insights
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the healthcare staffing sector
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations
• Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Present analytical findings to internal stakeholders and clients
• Stay current with healthcare industry trends and data analytics tools
• Assist in developing predictive models for staffing demand forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or staffing
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong understanding of healthcare data systems and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing metrics and workforce analytics
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations
• Preferred: Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
