This is a highly execution-oriented leadership role. The individual will work closely with the CEO, Sales, Business Development, Solutions/Pre-Sales and technology partners to translate Syscort's capabilities into market opportunities and qualified sales pipeline.

  • Track campaign performance, MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROI and conversion performance.

4. Events & Field Marketing

  • Own Syscort's participation in industry conferences, technology events and partner events.
  • Plan Syscort-hosted roundtables, executive sessions, webinars and workshops.
  • Coordinate event strategy, sponsorships, branding, speakers, content, invitations and follow-up.
  • Work with Sales to convert events into meaningful meetings and opportunities.
  • Build an annual events calendar aligned with target markets and industries.

5. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Develop Syscort's content strategy and thought-leadership agenda.
  • Drive creation of case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, newsletters and customer success stories.
  • Work with internal SMEs and partners to convert technical expertise into commercially compelling content.
  • Support CEO and leadership positioning through LinkedIn and industry thought leadership.
  • Build sector-specific content for industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail and other enterprise segments.

6. Digital & Brand

  • Own Syscort's website, LinkedIn presence and other relevant digital channels.
