About the team

Growth is one of the key drivers of our business. As Head of Influencer Marketing, Affiliate & Partnerships, you'll lead three of Eneba's most important growth channels and define how they evolve to support our next stage of growth.

You'll work cross-functionally with Commerce, Product, Engineering and Design to build scalable growth engines, unlock new partnership opportunities and elevate the performance of our creator and affiliate ecosystem.

This is a role for someone who wants to shape both the strategy and the organization behind it.

About You

You thrive in fast paced, high performing environments where growth is the priority. You know how to scale growth, manage significant marketing investments and build organizations that consistently outperform previous benchmarks.

You have deep expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate programs and partnerships. You understand what drives exceptional performance across these channels and know how to turn strategy into execution through high-performing teams.

You're data and AI driven, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and naturally challenge conventional approaches. You stay close enough to execution to ask the right questions, coach your team and raise the quality of decisions without needing to execute every detail yourself.

Most importantly, you're obsessed with growth. You think beyond campaigns, understand how creator and partner ecosystems evolve and are always looking for the next opportunity to create competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for Influencer Marketing, Affiliate and Partnerships, ensuring the function supports Eneba's next stage of growth

• Identify and unlock new growth opportunities by challenging existing approaches and redefining how we work with influencers, affiliates and strategic partners

• Design the operating model, playbooks and team structure needed to scale the function

• Embed experimentation, AI and data-driven decision making into the way the team operates to continuously improve business performance

• Drive sustainable growth in new markets through influencer marketing, affiliate programs and strategic partnerships

• Partner with Product, Commerce and Engineering to shape solutions that unlock sustainable business growth

• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team with ambitious standards, strong ownership and a relentless focus on results

• Stay close to the business and the team, coaching, challenging decisions and removing obstacles to accelerate performance

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling high-growth marketing channels that delivered significant business impact

• Deep expertise in performance marketing, including acquisition, attribution, experimentation, CAC, LTV and other core growth metrics

• Deep expertise in influencer marketing, affiliate programs and strategic partnerships, with a strong understanding of how these channels scale

• Experience growing businesses across multiple international markets

• Experience defining strategy, building high-performing teams, setting clear KPIs and leading organizational change

• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and making high-impact investment decisions

• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify new growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business results

• Data and AI driven, with a passion for experimentation, continuous improvement and challenging conventional thinking

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a bias for speed, ownership and execution

• Strong cross-functional leader, able to influence and align Product, Commerce, Engineering and Marketing teams around shared business goals

• Hands-on enough to challenge ideas, coach experienced teams and confidently dive into the details when needed
