The company is now moving towards a leaner, more automated commercial model focused on increasing the value of its existing traffic and partner portfolio.
We are seeking a hands-on Head of Commercial to maximise revenue from existing partnerships through better prioritisation, negotiations, and data usage. You will lead a lean team, simplify workflows, and introduce automation in this builder role.
Own commercial performance across the partner portfolio
Grow existing accounts through renegotiation, upselling and improved deal structures
Lead strategic relationships with senior operator stakeholders
Develop commercial models beyond standard CPA and revenue share, including hybrid, fixed-fee and premium placement deals
Lead and organise a lean Account Management team
Set clear commercial priorities, targets and weekly reporting
Work closely with the Commercial Performance Manager to identify revenue opportunities
Improve partner onboarding, deal tracking, reporting and account management workflows
Introduce automation and integrations where they can reduce repetitive manual work
Report directly to the Founder / CEO on commercial performance and priorities
Strong experience within iGaming affiliation
Proven examples of growing revenue from existing partner accounts
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
Experience leading or coordinating a commercial, partnerships or Account Management team
Ability to work in a small, fast-changing and relatively unstructured business
Comfortable combining leadership with hands-on commercial execution
Experience in automation, integrations and process improvement
