GTM Enablement Manager

This is a remote role within a global team that utilizes cutting-edge technology to stay connected with colleagues worldwide. Occasional travel to a local office may be required for in-person collaboration with your team, as well as for company events, team building activities, or strategic meetings. 

Being a GTM Enablement Manager at iManage Means… 

You will help Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers execute the customer conversations required to win, retain, and grow business. You’ll turn company priorities, market context, product positioning, and commercial processes into practical role guidance, realistic practice, manager support, and observable standards for field execution. This role spans new business, renewals, expansion, and customer value conversations, and partners with subject matter experts to build scalable programs and field resources while staying accountable for whether commercial teams can apply the guidance in their work. 

iM Responsible For… 

• Own the commercial enablement roadmap for AEs, AMs, and CSMs, in alignment with company priorities and the GTM Enablement strategy. 
• Define what strong execution looks like for priority commercial motions, including discovery, value articulation, solution positioning, pricing, renewals, expansion, objection handling, and customer value reviews. 
• Translate product, pricing, market, and process changes into role-specific workflows, conversation guidance, examples, practice, and manager reinforcement. 
• Design and facilitate applied learning experiences such as workshops, deal-based practice, role plays, certifications, and peer learning. 
• Create practical field resources, including playbooks, talk tracks, planning guides, scenario maps, and manager coaching tools, in partnership with Learning Design and subject matter experts. 
• Provide the role-specific commercial inputs for onboarding and ongoing readiness pathways, and partner with the Onboarding owner to improve continuity from new-hire readiness into in-role performance. 
• Coordinate with Strategic Programs and Learning & Design so commercial programs are built on the same onboarding and certification pathways, stored in the shared content system with a single owner, and easy for AEs, AMs, and CSMs to find and use. 
• Partner with Sales and CX managers to embed practice, coaching, observation, and follow-through into existing team rhythms. 
• Use field feedback, manager observations, Gong or other available conversation intelligence, CRM signals, and program data to identify execution gaps and improve programs. 
• Maintain clear ownership boundaries with Product Marketing, Knowledge and Education, Revenue Operations, and field leadership, while making sure their work becomes usable in customer-facing execution. 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

• Experience in B2B software sales, customer success, commercial enablement, or a closely related customer-facing role. 
• Demonstrated ability to improve seller or customer success execution through practical programs rather than content production alone. 
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying, renewal, and expansion motions; experience with consumption pricing or platform transitions is valuable. 
• Credibility with customer-facing teams and leaders, and the judgment to distinguish a knowledge problem from a skill, process, tool, or management problem. 
• Ability to facilitate realistic practice, give useful feedback, and translate complex information into clear field action. 
• Strong cross-functional program management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills. 
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative evidence to assess readiness, application, and program value. 

Bonus Points If I Have… 

• Experience with modern sales enablement technology, revenue intelligence platforms, or learning management systems. 
• Background in sales management or customer success leadership that informs your understanding of execution challenges. 
• Familiarity with SaaS go-to-market models, particularly around expansion and renewal strategies.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $XXX-$XXX per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location.
