AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end demand generation system, managing multi-channel campaigns, ABM, and lifecycle engagement to drive pipeline and revenue. You will also oversee the marketing-to-sales handoff, ensuring effective lead scoring, data hygiene, and sales activation.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.

Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.

As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.

You'll join Qdrant's lean Marketing team as our Growth Marketing Manager, working closely with GTM Operations, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, DevRel, Paid Media, and our Account Executives and BDRs. You'll own the end-to-end demand generation system that turns market signals and buyer intent into measurable pipeline and revenue, connecting audience intelligence, multi-channel campaigns, ABM, lifecycle engagement, and sales activation into one growth engine that keeps getting better.

Tools and tactics change constantly in the age of AI, but what lasts is the system underneath: clean signal data, a scoring model that routes it, and reusable workflows the team can build on. That's what you'll own. You're as comfortable in the data and tooling as in the marketing, and you reach for automation and AI to turn a week of work into an hour. You think at two levels at once, the campaign in front of you and the system it feeds, so every touch, data point, and automation makes the engine compound.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Demand Generation and ABM: run demand gen and ABM campaigns end to end across priority motions, from targeting and messaging through multi-channel orchestration and pipeline accountability. Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, paid retargeting, organic, sales outreach, webinars and lead magnets.

  • Nurture and Lifecycle: build and operate cohort-based warming journeys that carry contacts from first touch toward sales readiness, including content-download, post-event, post-onboarding, and always-on nurture programs. Improve the new-user onboarding sequence, own the monthly newsletter, and manage the startup program.

  • Marketing-to-Sales Handoff: own the execution of the marketing-to-sales handoff, including the triggers for sales engagement and the feedback loop that improves scoring, targeting, messaging, and outreach.

  • Targeting and Signals: pull data and architect target lists for specific cohorts, using intent, product usage, GitHub, web, event, and other signals to decide who to target and what to do next. Partner with Ops on scoring and signals, and make our content and signals legible to the AI tools buyers now use to choose vendors.

  • Product Fluency and Technical Storytelling: develop a deep understanding of our product, its technical capabilities, use cases, and competitive differentiation. Partner with Product Marketing on use cases and content, and translate that knowledge into relevant, value-driven campaigns and lifecycle experiences that resonate with developers, connect product capabilities to real-world challenges, and accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.

  • Campaign Operations: keep the underlying system healthy, including signal flow, data hygiene, routing, and the feedback loop that re-scores contacts based on engagement. Manage CRM health and segmentation, and build reusable templates, automations, and workflows in Common Room, Amplemarket, Claude, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Inflection so the team never rebuilds from scratch.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Demand Gen and ABM Experience: Nearly 5 years in relevant demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing positions. Experience running campaigns end to end in B2B tech, ideally with developer or technical audiences.

  • Lifecycle Expertise: hands-on experience building cohort-based nurture and email sequences yourself.

  • Builder Mindset: you're not just an operator. You build the workflows instead of relying on an existing machine, pull and shape data yourself to build lists and scoring, and you're fluent in signal and scoring tools.

  • Systems-Level Thinking: you execute the task in front of you while understanding how each campaign, workflow, and data point feeds the broader growth engine.

  • Technical Workflow Fluency: you're familiar with agentic approaches and think in connected tools and automated workflows, not manual steps.

  • Problem Solving: you work from a goal and can identify the steps and systems needed to get there.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with tools such as Common Room, Inflection, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Amplemarket.

  • Experience with open-source-to-paid or product-led growth motions.

Why join us

  • A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

  • A competitive salary with additional perks.

  • Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.

  • High ownership and real impact.

  • Open-source, engineering-driven culture.

  • Choose your own laptop equipment.

For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.
