AI Summary

You will own the strategy, execution, and budget for integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. This involves collaborating with Sales and Partnerships to activate target accounts through digital, event, and account-based programs.

About Native

Native is defining a new category in cloud security, helping organizations build secure-by-design environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Our platform lets security teams define and actively enforce policies without mastering complex, cloud-specific configurations. Founded by industry veterans from AWS and Dome9, backed by $42M, and trusted by Fortune 100 enterprises, we're building the future of multi-cloud security.

About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to own Native's revenue-driving campaign engine.

Native has a strong company narrative and point of view. Your job is to turn it into programs that reach the right audiences, create engagement in priority accounts, give Sales reasons to start conversations, and generate pipeline.

This role spans targeted demand, digital, events, partners, alliances, channel, account-based programs, and major company moments. You'll bring strong B2B campaign instincts, a growth hacker's curiosity, and a bias toward testing what works. You won't own Native's company positioning or category narrative. You'll make that narrative work hard in the market.

What you'll own

  • Own the strategy, execution, calendar, and budget for integrated campaigns across digital, account-based programs, events, partners, content, and Sales, with meetings, opportunities, and pipeline as the goal.
  • Turn company narratives, product priorities, research, customer stories, and market moments into clear audiences, offers, channels, CTAs, and follow-up motions.
  • Build 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs for priority accounts, using intent, engagement, events, partner activity, buying stage, and behavior to create timely reasons to engage. Partner closely with Sales and SDRs on account activation and multi-threading.
  • Own demand programs around strategic cloud, technology, channel, and alliance partners, and treat priority events as campaigns with pre-event targeting, onsite activation, and follow-up. Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, and Field Marketing.
  • Own paid and digital strategy and continuous testing across audiences, messages, creative, offers, landing pages, channels, and segments. Use AI, automation, enrichment, intent data, and modern growth tools to improve execution. Start small, scale what works, and stop spending on what doesn't.
  • Build activation into every major campaign across Sales, SDRs, executives, partners, and employees, including target accounts, talk tracks, triggers, assets, and follow-up plays.
  • Own campaign performance and reporting with RevOps. Measure target-account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline, progression, conversion, and velocity, and use the results to decide what changes and where we invest next.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS campaigns, demand generation, ABM/ABX, growth, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience in a similar role from Security / Cyber companies
  • Proven experience owning revenue-oriented campaigns across multiple channels and target-account programs.
  • Experience building campaigns closely with Sales, SDRs, partners, and field teams.
  • Strong understanding of paid, digital, email, web, events, partner marketing, content distribution, and conversion.
  • An experimental mindset and comfort being both strategic and extremely hands-on in an early-stage company. Comfortable using AI and modern growth tooling as leverage, not as the job itself.
  • Strong messaging and analytical instincts. You can translate a company story into a great campaign and make decisions from performance. Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, DevTools, or another technical B2B market is strongly preferred.
