About Dezigndia Technologies
Dezigndia Technologies is a technology consulting and product engineering company. We build AI, data and enterprise platforms for companies in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and India, and we run engagements remotely from India.
About the role
This is our first dedicated marketing hire for EMEA. You will own how Dezigndia wins enterprise technology buyers in the UK, Europe and the Middle East: positioning, campaigns, account-based programs and the presales material that turns a first call into a proposal. You will work directly with the founders and the delivery leads, and you will decide how the region is approached rather than inheriting a playbook.
What you will do
Strategy and positioning
- Build and own the EMEA go-to-market plan: target countries, industries, buyer roles and the order we pursue them in, with quarterly pipeline targets.
- Turn our four capabilities into messaging that a CIO, CTO or operations head in the UK or Europe recognizes as their own problem. The four are AI and digital transformation, product engineering, data and analytics, and enterprise modernization.
- Research competitors and pricing in each market, and keep a short, current brief that the sales team actually uses.
Demand generation and account-based marketing
- Plan and run account-based programs for named enterprise accounts: account research, tailored outreach sequences, LinkedIn campaigns and follow-up content.
- Run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for EMEA against clear cost-per-meeting targets, and stop what doesn't produce meetings.
- Build prospect lists in Apollo or Sales Navigator, write outbound sequences with sales, and keep reply and meeting rates visible.
- Plan webinars, roundtables and a small number of events where our buyers actually are.
Presales and sales enablement
- Support enterprise sales on live opportunities: discovery call preparation, capability decks, proposals, RFP and RFI responses, and solution one-pagers.
- Turn delivery work into proof: case studies, reference architectures and short outcome summaries. Use anonymous client descriptions where contracts require it.
- Prepare region-specific material on contracts and data protection (GDPR, UK GDPR, cross-border transfer terms) with the delivery and legal teams, so procurement questions are answered before they're asked.
Content, website and search
- Own the EMEA content plan: insight articles, industry pages and buyer guides written for decision makers.
- Work with the web team on landing pages, search visibility in the UK and Europe, and conversion on dezigndia.com.
- Keep our Clutch, GoodFirms and similar review-site profiles current, and collect client reviews.
Measurement and CRM
- Keep marketing-sourced leads in Zoho CRM clean, with source, campaign, stage and next step recorded on every one.
- Report monthly on pipeline created, meetings booked, cost per opportunity and win rate by channel, using Google Analytics 4 and the CRM.
- Agree lead qualification rules with sales, and hand over leads with enough context that nobody has to ask twice.
Requirements
What you bring
- 4–6 years in B2B marketing, presales or enterprise sales at an IT services, software or technology consulting company.
- At least 2 years working on international markets, with direct experience of UK, European or Middle East buyers.
- Hands-on account-based marketing and outbound experience: you have built target account lists, written sequences and booked meetings with enterprise buyers.
- Presales experience: you have written or contributed to proposals, RFP responses and capability decks for deals involving several decision makers.
- Enough technical understanding to talk credibly about cloud, data, AI and custom software with a CTO, and to know when to bring in an engineer.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Working knowledge of a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce), LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable working remotely, with hours that overlap the UK and Central Europe for most of the day.
Good to have
- Marketing experience in financial services, energy, pharma and healthcare, retail and FMCG, construction, manufacturing, or travel and hospitality.
- Knowledge of GDPR and cross-border data transfer terms as they come up in enterprise procurement.
- Experience with Apollo, Google Ads, webinar platforms or marketing automation.
- A second European language, such as German, French or Dutch.
- An MBA, or a degree in marketing, business or engineering.
Benefits
What we offer
- A regional role with real ownership: you shape how EMEA is approached, reporting to the founders.
- Remote working, with flexible hours built around UK and European overlap.
- Close work with the engineering and delivery leads, so what you sell is what gets built.
- Pay that's competitive for the experience level, discussed at the first conversation.
