German Customer Care Advisor - Remote in Portugal

This is a remote position.

• Support business clients by chat, email and phone;
  
• Help customers navigate the advertising platform and its tools;
  
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for digital advertising products;
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including bugs and ad delivery errors;
  
• Keep clients informed about the progress and resolution of their enquiries;
  
• Identify opportunities to help customers improve their advertising performance;
  
• Share customer feedback and product insights to improve the user experience.
  

• Fluent German - mandatory - and a strong command of English;
  
• Clear communication and good interpersonal skills;
  
• A practical approach to problem-solving;
  
• Confidence using computers and digital tools;
  
• The ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment;
  
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  
• Previous experience in customer support or digital marketing is valued, but not required.
  

• Base salary: €1,100 gross per month;
