Agency Services is seeking a Fractional HR Support professional to join our team. As a Fractional HR Support, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation and ensuring HR compliance along with policy and process implementation. This position offers the opportunity to work on a part-time basis, providing HR support to multiple clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performance evaluations.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of training and development principles.
  • Familiarity with employee relations and performance management.
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
