Our client seeks their first Sales hire to work directly with Co-Founder Richard and take full ownership of the sales funnel from lead qualification through onboarding handoff. You'll be instrumental in building sales processes, playbooks, and contributing to their internal CRM development while driving revenue growth.

This is a unique founding opportunity where you'll have direct access to two operational Co-Founders and two McKinsey experienced investors who remain operationally involved. You'll shape the sales function from the ground up in a high-growth environment with significant upside potential.

What you will do as a Founding Account Executive...

  • Lead Management: Contact and qualify inbound leads using CRM support and structured qualification processes

  • Initial Conversations: Conduct 15-30 minute phone conversations to qualify/disqualify leads effectively

  • Proposal Meetings: Lead 30-minute Google Meet sessions where offers are created live during calls

  • Onboarding Handoff: Manage smooth transitions to onboarding team with kickoff calls including onboarding experts and customers

  • Daily Pipeline Reviews: Collaborate with Co-Founder Richard on daily pipeline analysis and strategy refinement

  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain sales processes and playbooks for scalable growth

  • CRM Development: Actively contribute to shaping and improving their internal CRM system

    What we are looking for…

  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience across at least 2 different positions/companies

  • Communication Excellence: Strong phone communication skills with ability to build rapport and drive conversations in German.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: High initiative and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution

  • Industry Interest: Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or AI products and technologies

  • Results-Oriented: Strong closing orientation and energetic communication style that drives outcomes
