Finnish Speaking Multilingual Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients in Finnish and other languages through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product issues, and technical support efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work towards effective resolutions.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for future reference and tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with team members and liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Proactively suggest enhancements to processes that improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
