Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and telephone communications.
• Address customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support with professionalism and accuracy.
• Guide customers through the features and benefits of automotive products to enhance their overall experience.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to the improvement of service and product offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues and queries.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and product developments to provide accurate information.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive field.
• Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
