The Finance and Accounting Associate will manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries. They will also perform data analysis to support financial reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making processes.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance & Accounting Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records while leveraging your analytical skills to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to both day-to-day accounting operations and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial data.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements across financial and operational datasets.
• Assist in calculation and management of regular sales performance incentives and coordinate with payroll department on compensation-related items.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts to maintain precision and completeness in financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ensure consistent operational and financial reporting while adapting to evolving requirements.
Required: Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration) and 2 years of related experience required.
Preferred:
• Understanding of GAAP, with a willingness to learn and apply key principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new software. Experience with existing tools is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets; data visualization experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment.
