The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) serves as the strategic marketing partner to Microsoft U.S. Operating Units (OUs), connecting corporate marketing investments with field sales priorities to drive customer engagement, pipeline creation, executive relationships, and business growth. The role is responsible for translating business priorities into integrated marketing plans and executing high-impact customer engagement strategies that accelerate adoption of Microsoft solutions, strengthen industry relevance, and support revenue outcomes across Enterprise and SME&C segments.
The FMM acts as the primary interface between the Central Marketing Organization (CMO), sales leadership, GTM teams, executive stakeholders, and worldwide marketing teams to ensure marketing investments are aligned to business objectives and delivering measurable impact.
The role supports one or more U.S. Operating Units and serves as a trusted advisor to OU leadership teams, segment GTMs, and sales stakeholders. The FMM owns the end-to-end orchestration of field marketing activities, from planning and prioritization through execution, measurement, and optimization.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Field Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
