AI Summary

Support the execution of tier-1 and smaller field events, managing logistics from shipping to on-site staffing. Maintain the sales enablement library and coordinate post-event follow-up sequences with the BDR team.

About the role:
You're early in your career — one to three years out of school — and you want to learn

marketing by doing it. You're looking for a role where you'll get exposure to senior leaders,

ownership over real work, and a clear path forward. You're not afraid of execution work — the

logistics, the post-event follow-up, the spreadsheet hygiene — because you know that's how

you learn how the machine actually runs.

This is that role.

You'll back up our event contractor on execution at AWS Summit NYC, AWS re:Invent, Catalyst

Conference, and dozens of partner dinners and executive roundtables. You'll keep our sales

enablement library current. You'll coordinate post-event follow-up with the BDR team so no lead

gets dropped. The Sr Managers above you — Product Marketing, Partner Marketing — will pull

you into specific campaigns where

Key Responsibilities:
Field Event Execution Support

You'll back up our event contractor on logistics for tier-1 events — AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, Catalyst Conference, Microsoft Inspire, and partner ecosystem summits — while owning pre-event logistics end-to-end for smaller events like partner dinners, regional executive roundtables, BDR summits, and customer happy hours. Day-to-day this means managing shipping, registration, vendor coordination, KBYG comms, hotel and travel booking, and on-site staffing. Every event you run should leave behind a reusable checklist — you're building the playbook as you go.

Sales Enablement & Field Collateral

You'll maintain the sales enablement library — decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, and customer reference assets — and coordinate with Product Marketing on derivative asset production like one-pagers from long-form positioning docs and deck slides from campaign briefs. The partner content repository should be organized and discoverable enough that sales can find the right asset in under 30 seconds.

Field Campaign Coordination

You'll coordinate post-event follow-up sequences with the BDR team — every event lead gets a sequence, no exceptions — and manage list hygiene, attendee data, and event ROI reporting. You'll also support the Sr. Managers of Product Marketing and Partner Marketing on campaign execution, including list pulls, asset coordination, and status tracking.

Process & Documentation

You'll document repeatable processes — event playbooks, enablement asset standards, campaign launch checklists — so the work compounds over time. The expectation is to identify at least one process inefficiency per quarter and propose a fix.

Qualifications:
You have 1–3 years in a marketing coordinator, event coordinator, sales operations, or marketing operations role at a B2B SaaS company. You're detail-oriented with a process-building mindset — you document things so they can be done by someone else next time. You're a strong written communicator, comfortable producing KBYG decks, post-event reports, and sales enablement docs as part of the daily flow. You know your way around tools like HubSpot, Eventbrite, Asana, Canva, and Notion, with bonus points for HTML/CSS, Figma, Webflow, or Claude and other AI tools. You're hungry to grow into a Sr. Manager role within 18–24 months and comfortable switching context quickly across events, enablement, and campaign work.
