The role focuses on creating structured product documentation and enablement assets to improve partner adoption and execution. It involves delivering training, building troubleshooting libraries, and optimizing content for AI assistants.

The role involves owning high-value enterprise accounts, defining success plans with clear KPIs related to pipeline, revenue, and AI-enabled productivity gains, and leading executive business reviews. The manager must drive deep adoption of core modules and AI features while identifying and executing expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.

The consultant will act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise customers, leading discovery workshops to map business objectives to Salesforce and the WorkSpan data model, and translating executive goals into technical designs and delivery plans. Responsibilities also include leading end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations using the WorkSpan Managed Package, performing configurations, customizations, and ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant.

The role involves designing and maintaining an AI technology stack to support automated customer lifecycles and product-led engagement, unifying customer data, and implementing AI tools to resolve friction points in conversion processes. Responsibilities also include implementing AI-driven user experiences, developing expansion strategies, and scaling operations through automation.

The consultant will act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise customers, leading discovery workshops to map business objectives to Salesforce and the WorkSpan data model. Key duties include leading end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations involving the WorkSpan Managed Package and designing integrations with partner ecosystems.
