Description

At In Tandem, we build technology that helps families manage everyday routines and navigate life’s biggest transitions. Through our four brands—OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator—we help families stay organized, communicate well, and foster healthy childhoods.

We believe technology should strengthen relationships and make daily coordination less complicated. Everything we create is designed to lighten the mental load, reduce conflict, and support families through big and small moments.

If you want your work to make a real difference in the daily lives of parents and kids, In Tandem is the place where your impact will truly matter.

We are seeking a dynamic relationship-builder based in Vancouver who will champion engagement within the Family Law community and strengthen OurFamilyWizard’s connections across the legal ecosystem.

As a Family Law Liaison for OurFamilyWizard, you will serve as a trusted partner and educator—especially to Judges and court professionals—helping deepen understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s mission, tools, and impact on families navigating separation and coparenting. By cultivating strong, meaningful relationships and advancing education throughout the judicial and legal communities, you will help expand the reach of OurFamilyWizard’s platform and support our mission to empower families through effective communication and collaboration.

Compensation (CAD):
The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $95,000 to $130,000 CAD annually, including a base salary of $70,000–$95,000 and on-target commission of $25,000–$35,000.

What you will accomplish:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the family law ecosystem—including Judges, Lawyers, Family Mediators, Parenting Coordinators, Section 211 Assessors, and Children's Lawyers—to strengthen awareness, trust, and advocacy for the OurFamilyWizard platform.
  • Develop and deliver educational initiatives for the judicial community and other professionals through workshops, webinars, presentations, curated discussions, and conference participation that highlight best practices for using OFW to improve outcomes for families.
  • Serve as an educational ambassador to judges and courts and judicial organizations by presenting OFW’s benefits, aligning content with judicial needs, and ensuring ongoing engagement and professional development opportunities.
  • Actively engage the broader Family Law community through relationship-driven outreach at legal industry events, professional association meetings, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, positioning OurFamilyWizard as a partner in effective coparenting solutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s mission, technology, and services to communicate value clearly and authentically to diverse audiences across the legal ecosystem.
  • Identify and research influential practitioners and organizations who can serve as champions for OFW adoption within their professional circles and client bases.
  • Maintain and leverage our CRM database to track interactions, monitor relationship progress, and ensure accurate, up-to-date communication records.
  • Synthesize feedback and insights gathered from Judges and other professionals into actionable recommendations for internal teams, helping refine user experience, education materials, and product enhancements.

Who you are:

  • Mission-driven. Your understanding of and passion for families in transition gives you great pride in the work you do to serve them. It’s what allows you to turn purpose into progress.
  • Team-player. You're collaborative by design. You have a unique ability to align common interests and rally folks behind a shared vision and mission. This, coupled with your high level of EQ, enables you to accelerate performance across teams.
  • Relationship-builder. You love building relationships! You thrive off constant communication, learning new things, and facilitating great social and professional experiences. You’re usually the first one at networking events to break the ice (and the last one to leave!)
  • Organized and attention-to-detail. You don’t let things slip through the cracks. Your ability to communicate and organize information and data effectively is what allows you to see through projects with great success.
  • Humility & Self-Awareness. You have a PhD in empathy. You have a strong understanding of your customers and colleagues on both an intellectual and interpersonal level. That understanding serves as your north star.

What you bring:
