Here at Siemens, we take pride in enabling sustainable progress through technology. We do this through empowering customers by combining the real and digital worlds. Improving how we live, work, and move today and for the next generation! We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That’s why we always put our people first. Our global, diverse team would be happy to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways. Who knows where our shared journey will take you?

Transform the everyday with us!

We are looking for an Experience Manager. This role is a U.S. based remote position who has access to a major U.S. Airport.

The Experience Manager for Data Centers and AI Factories is responsible for developing and orchestrating high-impact customer and stakeholder experiences that bring the Siemens portfolio, expertise, and value proposition to life. This role creates a consistent, connected experience across industry events, customer experience centers, executive engagements, and product demonstrations, helping audiences understand how Siemens enables the next generation of data centers and AI infrastructure.

Working across business units, sales, marketing, communications, portfolio teams, technical experts, partners, and regional and global stakeholders, the Experience Manager will translate strategic priorities into engaging experiences that support reputation, customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth. The role will not manage the day-to-day operations of individual customer experience centers. Instead, it will define the Data Centers and AI Factories experience strategy, establish standards, and coordinate the demonstrations, content, messaging, press announcements and customer journeys needed to create a cohesive experience, in alignment with the Data Center & AI Factory Marketing team and the Heads of the Customer Experience Centers.

The Experience Manager will also establish measurement frameworks for events and customer experiences, including reputation, engagement, demand, lead progression, and business-impact metrics. This person will ensure that leads and customer insights are captured, routed, tracked, and followed through in the CRM.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Develop the integrated strategy and experience for priority industry events, including tradeshows, conferences, customer forums, executive engagements, and partner events, defining the audience, customer journey, key messages, and desired business outcomes.
  • Bring together marketing, sales, portfolio, technical, and business-unit stakeholders to coordinate announcements, demonstrations, speakers, content, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Define and standardize the Data Centers and AI Factories experience across Siemens customer experience centers, demonstration labs, executive briefing environments, and partner facilities.
  • Partner with technical and portfolio experts to create compelling customer journeys and product or solution demonstrations that translate complex capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Establish and track KPIs across reputation, engagement, demand generation, target-account activity, lead conversion, influenced pipeline, and overall experience effectiveness.
  • Work with sales and marketing operations to ensure leads are accurately captured, assigned, tracked, and followed up in the CRM, using performance insights to improve future programs.
  • Serve as the central experience-strategy lead, aligning global and regional marketing, sales, business units, technical experts, executives, partners, and experience-center teams around shared priorities and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholder dependencies, agencies, vendors, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a consistent and high-quality Siemens experience.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-visibility events or customer experiences from strategy and concept through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • 7-10 years of experience developing customer journeys, event experiences, executive engagements, demonstrations, or experience-center programming.
  • 7-10 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across sales, marketing, communications, technical, portfolio, executive, and partner organizations.
  • 7-10 years of experience establishing KPIs, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and post-program performance reporting.
  • 7-10 years of experience with a working knowledge of reputation, engagement, demand-generation, lead-management, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
  • 7-10 years of experience using a CRM platform to manage leads, monitor follow-up, and evaluate progression through the sales funnel.
  • 7-10 years of experience in translating complex technical concepts into clear, audience-relevant experiences and business stories.
  • 7-10 years of experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, agencies, vendors, and stakeholder groups in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel based on business, customer, and event needs-approximately 50% domestic and 10% international.
  • Authorized to work in the US without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Customer Experience Centers.
  • 10+ years successfully performing the planning, directing, and executing communications to both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM database and other MarCom technology tools
  • Experience in B2B technology, industrial infrastructure, data centers, artificial intelligence infrastructure, energy, electrification, building technologies, automation, or software.
  • Experience developing executive briefing programs, product demonstrations, innovation centers, customer experience centers, or immersive technology experiences.
  • Understanding of complex B2B buying groups and long, multi-stakeholder customer journeys.
  • Experience coordinating product launches, media announcements, executive presentations, thought leadership, and partner activations around major events.
  • Strong strategic planning, program-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working across global and regional organizations.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, event-management, digital-engagement, business-intelligence, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience managing agencies, production partners, experiential vendors, or demonstration-development partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive-communication skills.
