Where is the work:

The Executive Project Manager, Data Centers, is a senior customer-facing leader responsible for the successful execution of large, strategic customer projects from order intake through factory fulfillment and final field deployment. This role serves as the single point of accountability for complex customer programs, ensuring seamless coordination across project engineering, factory operations, sales, logistics, and regional execution teams.

This leader owns the end-to-end customer experience for high-value accounts, driving quality, schedule adherence, documentation readiness, and cross-regional consistency while reducing execution risk and internal friction.

What You Will Do:

• Act as the primary post-order liaison for large, strategic customers, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal execution.
• Own the customer relationship throughout project execution, providing transparency, responsiveness, and a consistently high-quality experience.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and scope changes to protect delivery schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate across project engineering, factory operations, logistics, sales, and regional execution teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Ensure technical, commercial, and logistical requirements are captured, validated, and communicated before and during production.
• Serve as the execution lead for the customer, enabling fast decision-making and issue resolution.
• Oversee the full equipment order lifecycle, including:Order readiness and factory intakeProduction coordination and release Storage, staging, and shipment planningField deployment and handoff
• Ensure storage, handling, and shipment requirements meet internal standards and customer-specific obligations.
• Ensure all required documentation—technical, commercial, regulatory, and customer-specific—is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Partner with quality teams to ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Drive consistency in execution practices across projects and regions.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and execution risks, and provide structured feedback to improve future project delivery.
• Support the development of repeatable best practices for managing large, complex customer programs in the data center space.

What You Will Bring:

• Significant experience managing large, complex, customer-facing projects or programs, ideally in data centers, critical infrastructure, HVAC, or industrial equipment environments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, logistics, sales, and field execution.
• Proven ability to manage high-value customer relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Experience overseeing projects from order intake through manufacturing, shipment, deployment, and final handoff.
• Strong understanding of project execution disciplines, including risk management, escalation handling, schedule coordination, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage technical, commercial, and logistical requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, especially related to documentation, compliance, and execution readiness.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve customer outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively across regions and maintain consistency in execution for complex customer programs.

This position requires a strong leader who can coordinate across engineering, factory operations, logistics, sales, quality, and regional execution teams while proactively managing risks, escalations, documentation, and project milestones. The ideal candidate brings deep project execution experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive consistency and continuous improvement across complex, high-value projects. are
