What will you do:
 

• Managing the Sales Budget of Corporate Accounts, with an ambition and commitment to achieve growth & profitability rates. 
• Managing international Corporate Account Managers by setting and following up action plan and sales targets based on agreed strategies.
• Improving skills of the sales teams: through professional training, coaching and field visits to key accounts.
• Commercial guidance such as follow-up on market strategies and pricing, etc.
• Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with your partners within and outside of the industrial organization.

Requirements

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree.
• Proved working experience with leadership/managerial experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.
• Demonstrable achievements in improving organizational efficiency and profitability.
• Enjoys taking new challenges.
• Strong communicator.
• Excellent organizational skills can run multiple projects seamlessly.
• Can-do mentality, solution oriented, strong executor.
• Willingness to travel.
