The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent follow-up.

  • Answer questions and provide support throughout the client process.

  • Work with leadership to improve systems, client experience, and team performance.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing development to continue improving your skills.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently from home.
  • Good organization and follow-through.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is helpful, but not required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada.
