Estimator / Claims Closure Specialist

What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help restoration and construction companies navigate the complex insurance claims process. We don't just write estimates and submit paperwork, we make sure claims are successfully closed and payments are swiftly collected to protect our clients' cash flow.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Driving Revenue Through Speed: You will write complete and accurate Xactimate invoices for completed jobs, such as water, mold, and fire restoration, within 24 hours of job completion.
  

• Bulletproofing the Claim: You will compile all necessary supporting documentation—like photos and moisture logs—and submit the flawless file to the insurance carrier within 48 hours.
  

• Relentless Resolution: You will conduct disciplined claim follow-ups on a fixed, alternating bi-weekly schedule to secure full payment and measurably reduce the average days-to-payment across the portfolio.
  

• Seamless Cross-Functional Harmony: You will coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure the scope, documentation, and job status remain completely aligned throughout the entire claims process.
  

Requirements

Is This You?

• A Master of Details: You possess a strong understanding of property insurance claims and meticulously manage high volumes of active files.
  

• Resilient Communicator: You provide excellent customer service while proactively identifying discrepancies, handling adjuster pushback, and directly reaching out to clients to collect private payments.
  

• Deadline-Driven: You are highly organized and consistently meet strict write-up and submission deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
  

• Tech-Savvy: You have proven, hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating and sketching, alongside familiarity with restoration platforms like DASH, Encircle, CompanyCam, or Jobber.
  

• Your Home Office: You maintain a highly reliable internet connection and are prepared to work securely on your own device, potentially utilizing a VPN.
