Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-up.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide HR support and assistance to employees regarding questions, requests, and concerns.
- Support the management of benefits, time off, vacations, absences, and attendance.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records, contracts, and confidential documentation.
- Support performance evaluations, training, employee development, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics.
- Support the creation, implementation, and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Identify HR needs and recommend effective solutions and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience across different areas of HR, not only recruitment.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, and HR documentation.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Previous experience working in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

- Experience with Zoho People or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or professional services companies.
- Experience working with remote and international teams.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or clients.
- Experience coordinating employee benefits with external providers.
