Responsibilities: • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Find patterns in customer complaints and bring them to the team for improvement • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints Qualifications: • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and the desire to learn new skills Compensation: $75,000 yearly
