Your Role

You’ll:

  • Create marketing materials that strengthen brand awareness

  • Help manage and grow LinkedIn and Instagram presence

  • Conduct outreach to prospective referral partners

  • Build relationships with professional stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications

  • Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes

You Bring:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

  • Some exposure to marketing, business development, or growth initiatives (coursework, internships, part-time roles, or a first job all count)

  • A natural ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Comfort learning new software quickly (CRM experience is a plus, not required — we'll train you)

  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping projects on track

  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Eagerness to work independently and follow through in a remote environment

Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare, wellness, or medical services marketing exposure

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
