The role: Enterprise Sales Manager

As Enterprise Sales Manager, you will own the sales strategy and execution for the Mexican market, identifying, developing and closing new enterprise opportunities across CPaaS, messaging, voice and omnichannel communication solutions.

You will manage the complete sales lifecycle, from market analysis and prospecting through commercial negotiations, contract execution and customer handover, while positioning Mitto as a trusted strategic partner for enterprise customers.

You will work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Presales, Product, Customer Success and regional Enterprise teams to execute growth strategies and expand Mitto's presence in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Territory Growth

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the Mexico.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Create, identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns and industry events.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Expand Mitto's customer portfolio while increasing market penetration.
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders, business decision makers, technical teams and influencers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve customer engagement and achieve business objectives through Mitto's solutions.
  • Own annual sales targets and consistently achieve or exceed revenue objectives.

Sales Execution

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and understand customer business challenges.
  • Position Mitto's CPaaS, messaging and omnichannel solutions according to customer needs.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate solution design, demos and technical validation together with Presales and Product teams.
  • Participate in responses to enterprise RFPs involving cloud communications and CPaaS solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of new customers to Customer Success and Service Delivery.

Market Strategy

  • Analyze the Mexican market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, technologies and customer needs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for the Enterprise segment.
  • Participate in target account selection and sales prioritization.
  • Identify scalable customer use cases that can be replicated across Latin America.
  • Increase Mitto's visibility and positioning within the Mexican CPaaS market.

Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Develop customer references and advocacy programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Presales, Customer Success and regional sales teams.
  • Support multinational opportunities involving Mexican decision-makers.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with internal stakeholders.

CRM & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, including pipeline, forecasts, customer activities and next steps.
  • Deliver regular reporting on pipeline health, revenue forecasts, opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.

Required Experience

  • 3–5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience in CPaaS, telecommunications, cloud communications or enterprise messaging.
  • Demonstrated success opening new enterprise accounts and generating new business.
  • Strong hunter mentality with consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of enterprise buying processes within Mexico.
  • Experience selling solutions including:
    • SMS
    • WhatsApp Business
    • RCS
    • Voice
    • Omnichannel communication platforms

  • Ability to identify customer needs and position value-based solutions.

  • Professional English.
