About the Role

The Engagement Manager owns customer outcomes and successful deployment of the UptimeAI platform across enterprise accounts.

This role combines:

  • Enterprise customer engagement

  • Industrial domain expertise

  • Technical solution leadership

  • Program management for complex deployments

You will work closely with engineering, operations, and executive stakeholders within major industrial organizations to ensure customers successfully deploy, adopt, and scale UptimeAI.

Success in this role is defined by measurable operational impact, strong platform adoption, and long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Lead Enterprise Customer Engagements

  • Own customer success, adoption, and value realization across enterprise accounts.

  • Partner with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to deploy and scale UptimeAI solutions.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and technical teams.

Drive Measurable Customer Outcomes

Help customers achieve operational outcomes such as:

  • Reduced downtime

  • Lower maintenance costs

  • Improved asset reliability

  • Increased operational efficiency

Lead Complex AI Deployments

  • Lead deployment programs for industrial AI solutions.

  • Facilitate technical workshops and solution architecture discussions.

  • Translate AI insights into actionable operational improvements.

Support Expansion & Strategic Opportunities

  • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to support strategic customer opportunities.

  • Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities based on realized value.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.

  • Help shape product roadmap based on field insights.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • 10+ years experience in customer engagement, digital transformation, or enterprise SaaS deployments

  • Experience working with industrial customers in sectors such as oil & gas, manufacturing, chemicals, power, or heavy industry

  • Experience deploying industrial analytics, APM, predictive maintenance, or AI solutions

  • Strong program or project management skills managing complex enterprise deployments

  • Ability to engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data science

Nice to Have

  • Background in reliability engineering, operations, or industrial digital transformation

  • Experience with APM platforms, industrial IoT, or predictive maintenance solutions

  • Certifications such as CMRP, Six Sigma, or reliability frameworks
