  • Transformation & Change Leadership: Lead the strategic vision for the regional function, driving large-scale transformational change aligned with global business goals while moving the team from reactive compliance to proactive business partnership.

  • Change Architecture: Success in leading large-scale organizational transformations and navigating the employee and labor relations complexities of Mergers and Acquisitions.

  • Professional Certification: A valid Human Resources certification, such as Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional / Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP/SCP), or a local equivalent is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance (Ability to work remote)

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with experience

  • Total Rewards plan to support your career and wellbeing
