Develop polished, responsive, and accessible elearning modules from detailed storyboards within an established production environment. Collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, and project managers to ensure high-quality learning experiences that meet client requirements.
About the Role
TorranceLearning is supporting a large-scale learning initiative for a critical Federal agency, developing a curriculum of self-paced elearning. We’re looking for experienced elearning course developers who can turn detailed storyboards into polished, responsive, and accessible learning experiences.
This is not an entry-level role. Working at this scale requires developers with the experience and judgment to build efficiently within an established production environment. You should be able to apply standards thoughtfully and consistently, maintain quality throughout development, troubleshoot issues, and recognize when an issue warrants broader team input.
Development will primarily occur in dominKnow Flow, although other modern authoring platforms may be used. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, visual designers, project managers, quality assurance (QA) specialists, and other developers.
