What Impact You'll Make (Your Mission)

Boolanga is doubling down on its direct-to-consumer e-commerce capabilities across multiple channels, including Amazon, our own e-shop, and dedicated e-commerce environments we operate on behalf of our platform partners like Uber and Bolt.

Your mission will be to take these channels from an early-stage setup to structured, high-performing and scalable e-commerce engines.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and improve our Amazon presence (listings, A+ content, backend keywords, PPC coordination via Seller Central).
  • Drive conversion and performance improvements on our own e-shop (UX audits, content updates, merchandising, A/B testing).
  • Support the day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments (e.g. Uber Eats, Bolt Food).
  • Run the day-to-day operations of our own eshop.
  • Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email (Klaviyo or similar).
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or equivalent tools to track KPIs and turn insights into concrete actions.
  • Work with all relevant stakeholders across supply chain, marketing, account management, finance, and leadership.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives like product launches, go-to-market campaigns, product portfolio discussions, etc.
  • Ensure high-quality product presentation across all channels.

What You'll Bring

  • 4–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in international DTC or marketplace businesses.
  • Working knowledge of at least one analytics platform (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar) – you can pull your own data and build basic dashboards.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, campaign setup, reporting) is a strong plus.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on at least one of: Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
  • Experience with email marketing/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Execution-focused, independent operator who thrives with minimal hand-holding.
  • Understanding of back office operations related to e-commerce like supply chain, inventory management, procurement processes, etc.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
  • Data-oriented and AI-qualified!

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a pure strategy role – you'll be in the weeds daily, writing copy, adjusting bids, and troubleshooting listings yourself.
  • Not a people management position – this is an individual contributor role.
  • Not a narrowly defined channel-only role – you'll work across Amazon, our e-shop, partner platforms, and marketing channels.

Why Join Us

  • A Zero-Bullshit, Trusting Culture – We value transparency, ownership, and getting things done.
  • A Smart, International Team – Work alongside talented, driven colleagues from around the world.
  • Challenging Projects & Growth Opportunities – Expand your skills with meaningful work and career development.
  • Performance Bonuses – Paid out twice a year (August & February) based on your impact.
  • High-Performance Culture with Flexibility – A results-driven environment with room to work your way.
  • Extra Birthday Time Off – Enjoy an additional day off on your birthday.
  • Team Bonding Perks – Bi-weekly team lunches, annual workation, and office drinks & healthy snacks to fuel your day.
