Maintain and improve the Shopify store, including products, pages, apps, landing pages, and sales campaigns, and configure support-system macros, views, and automations. Operative Unterstützung eines laufenden E-Commerce-Shops mit Verantwortung für technische Abläufe, Systeme und Prozesse.
Aufgaben:
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Shopify-Shops (Produkte, Seiten, Apps, Landingpages und Sale-Aktionen)
Einrichtung und Optimierung von Zendesk-/Gorgias-Makros, Ansichten und Automationen
Koordination von Bestellrouting, Lagerabstimmung und Retourenprozessen
Tägliche Kontrolle von Bestellungen, Retouren und Auffälligkeiten
Anpassung und Export bestehender Grafikdateien in Photoshop
Anforderungen:
Mindestens 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung mit Shopify
Erfahrung mit Zendesk, Gorgias oder vergleichbaren Support-Systemen
Photoshop-Grundkenntnisse
Technisches Verständnis und strukturiertes Denken
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Proaktive, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
