Key Responsibilities:
Support the configuration and execution of key business projects, including Seller Mission, Seller Assignment, Seller Commitment, Creator Mission, Creator Commission, and other seller- and creator-related programs.
Collect, consolidate, and validate business requirements and configuration data from relevant stakeholders.
Prepare configuration templates and ensure all required information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Coordinate with Business, Product, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to support project launches and resolve configuration issues.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps through clear trackers and documentation.
Conduct pre-launch and post-launch checks to ensure configurations are implemented correctly and identify any required corrections.
Support data analysis and reporting to evaluate project performance and identify operational issues or improvement opportunities.
Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously and ensure agreed timelines and quality standards are met.
Support the standardisation and optimisation of configuration processes, templates, SOPs, and quality-control mechanisms.
Experience/Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in ecommerce, business operations, project management, data operations, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Data-driven and analytical, with proficiency in Excel or other data-processing and analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and follow up on operational issues.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working for an ecommerce platform, technology company, or digital marketplace.
Experience in system configuration, business operations, incentive programs, or seller and creator operations.
