Location & Model: 100% Remote (Must currently reside in Portugal with legal work rights, NIF & NISS)

Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off

Compensation: €1,100 gross/month base + €80 monthly attendance allowance + €7.63/day meal card stipend

Role Summary

We are hiring a dynamic, service-focused Dutch-Fluent Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-renowned German luxury automotive brand. We are seeking an energetic, customer-centric Dutch speaker to join our team representing an iconic German luxury automotive manufacturer.

In this role, you will be the dedicated brand ambassador for Dutch-speaking car owners, drivers, and dealership partners. You will assist with inquiries covering vehicle features, connected app integration, warranty coverages, and service scheduling, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium standard.

Note: This is a 100% remote position based in Portugal. Candidates must reside locally and hold valid work rights.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats from Dutch-speaking customers, offering rapid and personalized assistance.
• Technical & Digital Guidance: Walk drivers through mobile app setup, connected dashboard tools, and general vehicle troubleshooting.
• Case Logging: Maintain exact, detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
• Internal Escalation: Partner with technical specialists and regional service hubs to resolve complex inquiries.
• Brand Standards: Deliver a high-end customer experience that aligns with a world-class luxury automotive brand.

Required Profile

• Language Skills: C1/C2 Dutch proficiency (written and spoken) alongside strong B2 English capabilities.
• Location & Right to Work: Currently living in Portugal with active NIF and NISS credentials and full legal employment rights.
• Home Office Setup: A quiet workspace equipped with a high-speed, stable internet connection.
• Preferred Skills: Prior background in client relations, helpdesk support, or customer care (automotive or luxury sector experience is a plus); strong active listening skills; ability to multitask across digital applications; organized approach to problem-solving.

Compensation & Benefits
