Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate professionally and naturally with Dutch-speaking customers at all times.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants).
• A strong background in customer support, customer success, or a related client-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry is highly advantageous.
