Corpay is seeking a high-performing Director of Strategic Sales to join our Corporate Payments division. This is a remote opportunity targeting top sales talent in the Bronx/Westchester/Manhattan market.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll partner closely with our Marketing, Inside Sales, and Channel Partner teams to accelerate growth while helping organizations modernize the way they manage commercial payments.

Role Responsibilities

As a Director of Strategic Sales, you will:

• Prospect and develop new business through strategic outbound sales and consultative selling
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities
• Develop trusted relationships with executives, prospects, clients, and channel partners
• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
• Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer engagement
• Partner with Marketing to create compelling presentations, proposals, and sales collateral
• Represent Corpay at trade shows, industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities
• Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota
• 8+ years of experience selling financial services, payments, fintech, or related technology solutions (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Demonstrated success generating net-new business through outbound prospecting
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate complex financial solutions into compelling business value
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Highly organized with excellent pipeline management and prioritization abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay Transparency

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, based on the candidate's work location. This range represents Corpay's good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and applicable market conditions.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and other applicable employee benefits.
