Location: AMER, EMEA or APAC (remote)
Salary: $200K/yr-$230K/yr

About our team
We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves on delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety, and other enabling functions. As part of this team, you will be part of our leadership team and work alongside professionals committed to excellence, accountability, innovation, and operational discipline.

About the role
The Director of Program Management is a senior program leadership role responsible for building the operating system that moves complex work across the Datacenter Physical Security program with clarity, pace, and discipline. This role leads the global Project Management, Technical Communications, Business Analytics, and Logsitics teams that support our datacenter security program. You are responsible for the program management framework, governance cadence, and change management process used to plan, execute, communicate, and sustain major initiatives across the account.
This leader will bring structure to ambiguity, translate strategy into executable plans, and ensure the right decisions, messages, milestones, risks, and actions land with the right audiences at the right time. The role requires someone who can work comfortably with senior business leaders, technical teams, embedded pillar project managers, vendors, client stakeholders, and field operations while maintaining a high bar for execution quality, stakeholder alignment, and communication discipline.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will lead a portfolio of complex global programs that require exceptional stakeholder alignment, disciplined execution, and executive-caliber communication. You will establish the governance, decision forums, and communication architecture that keep work moving across regions and functions without confusion or duplication. You will partner closely with senior leaders, business partners, operational teams, and client stakeholders to translate priority initiatives into executable plans with clear ownership, dependencies, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
You will lead the various teams, creating a high-performance culture defined by accountability, sound judgment, and strong follow-through. You will shape how major initiatives are communicated upward, downward, and across the organization ensuring messaging is crisp, credible, and audience-specific. You will identify execution risk early, resolve cross-functional friction, and bring order to fast-changing priorities without losing momentum.
You will also raise the maturity of the program management function itself by standardizing operating mechanisms, strengthening reporting, improving executive review materials, and embedding better planning, escalation, and decision-making practices across the business.

What you need to apply
We’re looking for a proven enterprise program leader with a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, management, or a related field, along with 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in global, matrixed organizations, including 3+ years at the director level. You should bring a demonstrated track record of leading programs that involve multiple senior stakeholder groups, competing regional needs, and high standards for executive communication. Global, multi-region operations experience is required and a background in datacenters is preferred.
You should be exceptional in stakeholder management, organizational communication, and decision orchestration. The strongest candidates will have experience building governance models, leading through influence, and driving alignment across functions that do not report to them directly. You should be known for executive presence, strong written and verbal communication, commercial judgment, and the ability to simplify complexity in stakeholder communications.
Experience working in high-scale enterprise environments is required. Experience supporting datacenter, critical infrastructure, security, operations, or similarly complex service environments is strongly preferred. Prior people leadership experience is required, including coaching managers and building high-performing teams.
This position involves domestic and international travel (approximately 30% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential. This role will also require flexibility to work nights and weekends (when needed) to support global staffing issues, high priority events, and off-hours incidents.
All applicants to this role must have reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and write in English proficiently.

What you’ll get
We believe great work deserves great rewards—and we’re committed to staying competitive. This role offers a base salary of $200,000 to $230,000. That range is based on the Greater Seattle Area and may flex depending on your experience and location. We’ve got you covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.

This position requires—with or without reasonable accommodation—the physical and mental ability to perform all essential job functions effectively. This includes maintaining composure under pressure while interacting with clients, authorities, executives, and staff; working independently without direct supervision; and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves regular use of a computer and keyboard, frequent lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as the ability to adjust focus, is required. The position may involve handling sensitive or confidential information and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.
