Build, manage, and advance a strong sales pipeline, driving accountability for revenue growth and long-term market development.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity to identify new applications and opportunities for expansion.
Partner with executive leadership to establish growth priorities, evaluate market opportunities, and support future team development as the business expands.

Demonstrated success developing new markets, securing strategic customer relationships, and driving significant revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop business strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate long-term agreements.
Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and communicate engineered product solutions; experience with composite materials is a plus.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
