About the Role:

Position Overview: The Director, Marketing Campaigns will provide senior leadership and strategic direction for Marketing Campaigns operations, driving organizational objectives and achieving measurable business outcomes through comprehensive campaign strategy development, team leadership, and performance optimization across all marketing channels. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:  

Provide senior leadership and strategic vision for comprehensive marketing campaign operations 

Develop and execute enterprise campaign strategies that drive significant revenue growth and market expansion 

Lead marketing campaign organization including campaign management, creative, and analytics teams 

Partner with executive leadership to align campaign strategies with corporate business objectives 

Oversee substantial campaign budgets and drive optimization across all marketing channels and programs 

Drive campaign innovation, advanced targeting strategies, and competitive advantage initiatives 

Lead comprehensive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion optimization programs 

Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key vendors, agencies, and strategic partners 

Drive campaign technology adoption, marketing automation, and digital transformation initiatives 

Lead organizational development, talent management, and team building for campaign functions 

Conduct advanced campaign analysis, performance optimization, and strategic planning activities 

Drive comprehensive performance measurement, advanced analytics, and executive reporting 

Coordinate with senior leadership across product marketing, field marketing, and sales organizations 

Lead strategic campaign initiatives, process improvements, and organizational transformation 

Other senior leadership responsibilities as assigned 

Required Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred 

10+ years of marketing campaign experience with 5+ years of senior leadership experience 

Proven track record of leading campaign organizations and driving significant revenue growth 

Advanced strategic thinking and senior-level business acumen 

Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities 

Extensive experience with integrated campaign strategies, digital marketing, and marketing technology 

Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial campaign budgets 

Expert knowledge of campaign analytics, performance optimization, and ROI analysis 

Proven ability to drive campaign innovation and organizational change initiatives 

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing campaign teams 

Experience with advanced marketing automation, attribution modeling, and conversion optimization 

Global market perspective and multi-channel campaign expertise

The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles in the United Kingdom, Canada, USA, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
