  • Partner with Security Systems and Technology teams to translate operational needs into requirements, use cases, service expectations, acceptance criteria, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Identify and advance opportunities to use technology, analytics, data, and automation to improve security operations and reduce fragmented or manual processes.
  • Lead the operational implementation of assigned site-hardening and strategic physical-security initiatives across the data center portfolio.
  • Establish continuous-improvement mechanisms that use incidents, investigations, operational data, lessons learned, and field feedback to identify systemic issues, drive corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with vendor management, Procurement, service providers, and other stakeholders to establish measurable operational requirements and improve service delivery and performance.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving Security Operations, Construction, Security Systems and Technology, Data Center Operations, Facilities, vendors, integrators, and other business partners.

  • Demonstrated experience using KPIs, dashboards, operational data, and business-review mechanisms to manage performance and drive decisions.
  • Experience with construction-to-operations transition, operational readiness, commissioning, facility acceptance, or comparable infrastructure lifecycle processes.
