The successful candidate will combine strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, partner leadership, and the ability to influence across a complex matrixed organization.

The role is accountable for the Advanced Solutions Partner program, strategic commercial initiatives, operating-model development, pipeline and performance governance, and scalable growth motions across software, services, and partner-led opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for Enterprise Accounts, aligning customer acquisition, account expansion, segmentation, and coverage priorities to business growth objectives.
  • Lead the development and evolution of go-to-market models, account ownership principles, promotion criteria, and operating rhythms across territory, enterprise, and strategic account coverage.
  • Translate market, customer, competitive, and performance insights into clear strategic priorities, investment recommendations, and execution plans.
  • Build scalable growth motions across Secure Power, software, services, and cross-business-unit solutions.

Advanced Solutions Partner Program Leadership

  • Own the strategy, governance, and continued evolution of the Advanced Solutions Partner program and its value proposition within the Enterprise Accounts organization.
  • Ensure consistent partner performance management through structured business reviews, pipeline inspection, opportunity governance, compliance, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain partner engagement models, compensation frameworks, large-deal guidelines, approval processes, and rules of engagement that support growth while protecting profitability.
  • Partner with Advanced Partner Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen regional execution, partner capability, and alignment with customer and market priorities.

Strategic Programs & Business Transformation

  • Lead priority commercial initiatives that improve account coverage, customer acquisition, pipeline visibility, software and services growth, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Convert strategic concepts into documented operating models, governance structures, success metrics, dashboards, and repeatable execution processes.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams and change initiatives involving Sales, Operations, Channel, Finance, Legal, Compensation, Marketing, Services, Software, and other business units.
  • Build executive-ready business cases and recommendations for new growth opportunities, resource investments, program changes, and commercial policies.

Business, Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Establish and maintain operating cadences that improve pipeline health, forecast visibility, account performance, and execution accountability.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate account potential, market opportunity, pipeline quality, partner performance, services adoption, software performance, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Create clear performance metrics and reporting mechanisms that enable leadership decisions and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are supported by defined ownership, milestones, governance, and measurable business outcomes.

Cross-Functional & Executive Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and connector across Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, Channel, Services, Software, Offer Management, Marketing, and supporting functions.
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority to build alignment, resolve barriers, and accelerate execution.
  • Represent the Enterprise Accounts commercial strategy in leadership reviews, partner forums, business planning sessions, and cross-business initiatives.
  • Communicate complex strategies, financial considerations, and operating-model changes in a clear, actionable manner for executive and field audiences.

Customer, Partner & Market Leadership

  • Maintain strong awareness of customer priorities, market dynamics, competitive activity, technology trends, and vertical-specific business needs.
  • Engage key customers and partners as an executive sponsor and commercial leader when strategic alignment, escalation, or complex opportunity support is required.
  • Champion customer-first, value-based, and solution-oriented commercial practices across the organization and partner ecosystem.
