Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will possess a broad skill set and extensive experience in various digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, social media, paid advertising (across search engines and social platforms), content management, and web analytics. This role is responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies to support and achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent analytical skills, and thrive in an autonomous environment while effectively collaborating on team-oriented projects.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 5-7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience within an enterprise or marketing agency environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Products, including Analytics and Search Console, DataStudio (LookerStudio), and Tag Manager
  • Proficient with website CMS like Umbraco, WordPress, Joomla, or Kentico
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time while juggling multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Strong writing and practical verbal communication skills are required.
  • Extremely organized, excellent at managing deadlines, must be accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Coachable, trainable attitude and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment is critical.
  • Bachelor's Degree related to Internet Marketing or Digital Marketing.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Conduct extensive keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and on-page elements to enhance search engine rankings across multiple sites.
Social Media
  • Establishing, curating, and managing content on various social media platforms to build and maintain an online presence for a business.
  • Create social media strategies, plan/schedule posts, engage with the audience, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends.
Paid Media (Search Marketing and Social Media Marketing):
  • Prepare and execute paid search advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and social media promotions (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Develop compelling ad copy that drives engagement.
  • Construct and target audiences based on specific demographics and user segments.
Content Management:
  • Enhance all content types for SEO, including business service pages, blog posts, articles, and multimedia.
  • Utilize the corporate CMS (Umbraco) to publish and update content on multiple websites, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure grammatical accuracy, adherence to the organization's style guide, and a user-friendly information architecture.
  • Enhance user experience through well-designed page layouts.
  • Ensure content accessibility for disabled users, following web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders for an integrated approach to website content.
Project Management:
  • Develop project plans, considering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of digital assets and campaigns.
Web Analytics:
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics/LookerStudio) to track and analyze content performance, including page views, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making.
