The Role

The role of the Digital Content team is to deliver an optimized on-site experience through a range of core activities and tasks. The team looks after website content, merchandising, product enrichment and analytics to understand and best serve our customers and delivery performance across our suite of websites.

The purpose of the Digital Content Executive role is to coordinate and publish new and existing products across our suite of brands and websites, including writing product copy and optimising imagery. The role is responsible for how we present and sell our experiences to customers to help bring our brands and products to life on-site.

This role is 3 month fixed term contract to support a busy period for us. The role can be based in Sydney or the Gold Coast.

Core Activities

New Product Optimisation

  • Prepare all new products for the websites across our suite of brands

  • Edit, crop and resize imagery where necessary to prepare them for the websites

  • Complete all relevant product detail information to ensure the product is complete

  • Request new and additional imagery from the Supply team

  • Own the queue of new products & prioritisation of go-live for these products

  • Ensure the product page SEO is tagging and effective

  • Support with Product Badge application depending on brand

Existing Product Optimisation

  • Title change requests

  • Image Optimisations

  • Copy updates and amendments

  • Deal Optimisation prior to launching a campaign

  • Setting up new deal products & supporting with badge application

Product Optimisation

  • Support with the enrichment of new and existing products across our websites

  • Write new product copy to bring to life the experience in the brand tone of voice

  • Prepare and upload all product images to showcase our amazing experiences

  • Complete all relevant product detail information to ensure the product is complete

  • Request new and additional imagery from the Supply team

  • Manage your priority queue of new products and the order they will be delivered in

Product Management

  • Assign a product location for all new products

  • Assign a parent and child category for all new products

  • Work with the trading team to request new locations/categories when the range expands

  • Work with the trading team to cross-merchandise products on-site

  • Review and resolve any product feedback and issues from Customer Service

Projects

  • Support with the product attributes and roll out of our new PIM

  • Support with product optimisation projects including images and location support

  • Own the product optimisation process in partnership with Supply

  • Deliver any process improvements to help improve workflow efficiencies

Experience Required

  • Digital experience is advantageous

  • Copywriting experience or education is a must

  • Strong attention to detail and ability thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team

  • Passionate about experiences!
